How to Post a Comment

This is late in coming, but I was just recently told that it's a bit tricky to post a comment on this blog. Here are some directions for those of you who want to comment:

Step 1. At the bottom of the blog entry you wish to comment on, it will read "Posted by Ieszic..." Click where it says "# comments" in green. A new page will load on your browser.

Step 2. Type your comment in the "Leave your comment" text box to the right hand side of the page. Be sure to type your name at the end of your message if you want me to know it's you.

Step 3. Word verification: This step is for security, so I don't get spam comments. Below the comment text box is a smaller "word verification" text box with a distorted word appearing above it. Type that distorted word into the word verification text box.

Step 4. Choose an identity: To make it simple, scroll down and just click on the circle next to "Anonymous." If you happen to have a Google or Blogger account you can sign in.

Step 5. Click the orange button at the bottom right of the page that reads "Publish Your Comment." You're done! Your page will reload and your comment will appear at the left of the page. It may take a few minutes for your comment to appear.

Step 6. To return to the blog, just click on the title at the top of the page. You can always return to the home page of the blog by clicking on the title "Ieszic's Great European Adventure" at the top of the page.

Hint: You can also click on the dates on the right hand side of the blog pages to view past blog entries.

Thanks for sharing your comments. I always look forward to them. Remeber, you can always just email me too!

I'm Home!

Hello Everyone! As most of you already know, I've made it home. I had a wonderful, in fact incredible, time and I'm so glad to be home now. That trip was an experience of a lifetime and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to pursue it. I learned so much about Europe, landscape architecture, art, history, culture and myself. I saw so many incredible things and places and met amazing people. That all being true, just like Dorothy said, "There's no place like home!" I'm looking forward to catching up with you all!

Believe it or not, I still have several blog entries to post. I still have to tell you about some of our fieldtrips and share pictures with you. As always, feel no obligation. I understand most of this is for a very limited audience; mostly Jeff! But for whoever is interested, I welcome you to continue to pursue my photos and long-winded stories.

Enjoy!
