Ciao tutti! (hello everyone!)
It's Tuesday evening, 8/5 and I've been preparing for my big trip all day. OK, I've been preparing for months, and I'm sure I'll still forget things. But hey, that's part of the adventure, right?
Jeff and I are sitting in the front garden (yes, I DID finish it!) enjoying a glass of wine as I set up this blog. You'll have to forgive me if I ramble on. I've never created a blog before! But I wanted a way to stay in touch with my family and friends and to share all of my adventures with you!
So, stay tuned as I head to London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Brugge, Paris, Bordeaux, Barcelona and then on to Tuscany, Italy for school. I'll make regular postings of my experiences, share pictures and hopefully make you laugh a little. You can click the "comments" link if you want to leave a note.
A presto! ('till later!)

Hey Darling! What an adventure!!! I'll send you an e-mail in a bit. We have new flowers in the garden and the bananas are ripening :)
smooch, Jeff
Looking good!!!
Since you are now in London, perhaps it is time for an English lesson...
"Boot" = trunk
"Car Park" = Garage
"Bangers" = sausages
"Wonky" = messed up
"Loo" = potty
And most important of them all...
"Pint" = lots of beer!!!
Best wishes!
Andrew & Kristin

Terrific! And you love all the best things, like cemeteries!haha Your dad has always thought I was the only "ghoul" he knew!
Now I know why we don't have to make this trip ourselves. . we are making it from the comfort of our own home and don't have to even miss fishing season!
You are the greatest. . many hugs and keep the blogs coming!
Can hardly wait for the hard cover copy of "The Travels of Ieszic" (free to family of course)!

Europe seems soo rich in history; the buildings, and canals are other-worldly to me. I'm filled with adventure to imagine the looks and sounds of the people and places.
I'm glad that you are having a great time. I certainly am enjoying sharing your adventure with you.
