Congratulations Rachel and Welcome to the World Penelope!!!

I just received word from GRANDMA Cindy that Penelope was born at 8:09 this morning! She is a perfect 7 lbs 9 oz and 19 in, and both baby and mommy are doing great. Congratulations Rachel and welcome to the world Penelope! I wish I could be there now. Please know that I love you both and am thinking of you and sending you much love!
